Developed, Tested, Prepared & Packed with Care in the Great State of Maine.

With Deep Roots in the State of Maine...

Our family history goes back to the 1600's here in the State of Maine, so nostalgia is in our very bones. Yes, we think about what our grandparents and great grandparents enjoyed and endured in their various days, when times may have been tougher, but also values were better. Neighbors knew neighbors and each cared for themselves and one another.

This is what we strive to bring to you. A product of the quality you could expect when it was produced locally and people who are concerned for you, your family and something more than the 'almighty buck'.

What this Might Mean to You...

Being in the far, northeast, it may sometimes mean that products take a little longer to arrive that if we were, say in Chicago, but the truth is, our products are so good, they are definitely worth the wait!

Following the Long Tradition of Women in Business

During World War II, American women were thrust into new roles and responsibilities as men went off to fight in the war. Women had to step up and take on jobs in factories, offices, and other industries that were previously dominated by men. This shift in the workforce not only helped to support the war effort but also paved the way for greater gender equality in the workplace. In addition to working outside the home, women also had to manage their households, tend to their families, and even raise their own gardens to supplement food rations. This newfound independence and responsibility empowered women and challenged traditional gender norms. Many women found a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their work, and some even discovered a passion for business and entrepreneurship. Overall, World War II changed America in profound ways, particularly in terms of women's roles and opportunities in society.
